Mr. Tan Choon Heong was admitted to the Bar on the 25th October 2001. Mr. Tan has been involved in matters that are mostly litigious in nature since his admission to the Bar.

He has practiced banking law and have represented financial institutions in relation to debts recoveries pertaining to defaults of housing loans and hire purchase such as civil suits for recovery of debts, foreclosure proceedings to realise charged assets, obtaining the necessary repossession orders for motor vehicles.

Mr. Tan also practices corporate and commercial law, such as shareholders' disputes, schemes of restructuring, trusts and equities and post winding-up matters. He actively represents liquidators and receiver and managers.

Mr. Tan is currently the managing partner of Ong Kok Bin & Co.
