Joined the Company in 1966 and since headed various functions including finance, information system, human resource and internal auditing. Had been Company Secretary and Board Member since 1972 and 1989 respectively. Was the Officer/Director primarily responsible for the financial management of the Company from 1974 to 1995. Actively involved in internal audit activities. Was Board Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia from 1998 to 2006. Positions held included Treasurer, Secretary and Vice President. One of the trainers for Internal Audit Diploma of Malaysian Institute of Management.
