Mr. Ong has over 25 years extensive industrial experience in production, research and development, and general management with fast moving customer goods companies, having worked in well establish FMCG companies including Nestle Foods Malaysia and F&N Malaysia.

Mr. Ong worked more than 15 years with Nestle Foods Malaysia and was trained in many countries including Switzerland. In Nestle Foods Malaysia, he was instrumental in improving plant capacity and efficiency without significant investment. He also played active roles in product quality improvement, and the training and development program for the staff. Prior to joining the Company, he was the General Manager of Corporate Research & Development and Technical (Dairy) of F&N Malaysia.
