Mr. Lee is a Certified Financial Planner ("CFP") with the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia, a Registered Financial Planner ("RFP") with the Malaysian Financial Planning Council and an Islamic Financial Planner ("IFP") with the Islamic Banking and Finance Institute of Malaysia ("IBFIM"). He also holds a Master of Business Administration ("MBA") from Universiti Putra Malaysia.

Mr. Lee has been an Executive Director of Resource Holding Management Limited ("RHML"), a substantial shareholder of PUC Founder (MSC) Berhad via a 41.34% indirect interest, since September 2010. He holds a Capital Market Services License issued by the Securities Commission, and has more than 21 years of experience in the financial services industry which includes investment, capital markets, wealth management, private equity and corporate advisory. 
 
He also currently serves as Vice President of the Malaysian Licensed Financial Planners and Advisers Association, and as Chairman of the Malaysia-China Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
