Prior to joining the Company, Prabodh’s past 27 year career was with Arthur Andersen & Co., Com-Line Systems Sdn Bhd and Clever Edge Sdn Bhd, where he developed in-depth understanding of information systems and critically, the alignment of information systems to business operations. While at Arthur Andersen, he was also responsible for managing various aspects of its Computer Risk Management division and growing it to a strong practice when he left.

Mr Prabodh brings with him a unique blend of expertise in bridging intricate business processes with the complexity of information systems and has a solid finance and accounting background. He will be a strong addition to the Company’s management team where his varied expertise will be invaluable to the Group’s expansion plans.
