Mr. Somsak Chayapong holds a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Chemistry from the Chulalongkorn University, Thailand.
Working Experience
Mr. Somsak Chayapong joined the Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd group as Managing Director of F&N Dairies (Thailand) Limited ("F&NDT") in 2006 from Nestle (Thai) Ltd with over 20 years of sales and marketing experience with them. Under his leadership, F&NDT sales were at RM1 billion per year with a portfolio of quality, well-loved products and brands such as Bear Brand, Carnation, F&N Fruit Tree, F&N Tea Pot and F&N Magnolia. Mr. Somsak spearheaded F&NDT's focus on research and product development and successfully steered the remarkable recovery of Rojana plant after the floods ahead of schedule, which was awarded by the Thai Food and Drug Administration for being the fastest to recover and its outstanding achievement in teamwork and strength.
