Razidan Ghazalli was appointed as financial advisor in TM on 16 September 2019. He has 34 years of working experience in public accounting and others in the commercial sector within the telecommunication, plantation and logistics industry. He has strong grasp of core finance functions including treasury, tax, merger and acquisition, capital expenditures, funding, IPO and transformation including international experience in Indonesia, Vietnam, Germany, Bangladesh, South Africa, and Netherlands, amongst others.

He was with Celcom Malaysia Berhad for 9 years covering various portfolio in finance and marketing, internal audit, finance operations, planning and development and business development.  He was with Tradewinds Plantation Berhad where he spent 6 years holding various positions such as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer for the plantation, sugar and rubber businesses before he left in December 2016.
