Mr. Koh Wee Kheng started his career with KPMG Singapore as an auditor in October 2004 before joining Citi Commercial Bank as a relationship manager in January 2008.He then founded his own consultancy and subsequently held the position of Operations & Financial Controller in a Singapore company with a regional presence.  

Mr. Koh is the son-in-law of the late Chairman/Managing Director, Mr. Koh Seng Kar @ Koh Hai Sew. He has no conflict of interest with the Company. Mr. Koh has not been convicted of any offences within the past 5 years, and has not been imposed with any public sanction nor penalty by the relevant regulatory bodies during the financial year.
