Mr How has more than 20 years of senior management experience, including a decade of strategic development and plan execution in Finance Transformation Programme, Programme Management, Enterprise Performance Management, Investor Relations and various compliance matters for a listed entity. His career experiences saw him carrying out a wide variety of assignments in Brazil, Brunei, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Philippine, Thailand and the United States.

He joins Tune Protect from AirAsia where he served for three years as its Chief Financial Officer and then as the Group`s Deputy Chief Financial Officer for two years focusing on the management of Group Finance activities such as reporting, forecasting, strategic direction, value creation and investment evaluation for non-airline businesses. 

Before joining AirAsia in March 2015, he was the Executive Director in PwC Consulting Malaysia leading the Finance Competency of PwC in Malaysia.
