Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Accounting from Nelson Marlborough Institute of Technology, New Zealand

Mr Tan Joo Hung has 23 years of experience in financial management, cost and budgetary control, corporate policies making, fund raising, risk management and internal control system, strategic business planning, merger and acquisition and human resource management relating to the electronics and semiconductor industries. 

He started his career as an Assistant Accounting Manager in a foreign-owned electronic manufacturer in 1995. He left the company in 2002 as Head of Finance and Administration and joined another foreign-owned company in the Electronics Manufacturing Services Industry as the Financial Controller. In 2007, he joined Inari Technology Sdn Bhd as the General Manager of the Finance Department and was subsequently appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of Inari Amerton Berhad in 2011. In 2013, he was transferred to Inari International Limited and was appointed as its Chief Financial Officer cum legal representative in charge of financial and business operations in the Republic of the Philippines and the Peoples Republic of China. He subsequently left Inari in 2015.

Prior to joining our Group, Mr Tan held the position as Chief Financial Officer of a private limited company involving in the electronics industry in 2015 and he was also appointed as the Executive Director of its investment holding company in 2017.
