Mr Narayanaswami A/L Subramaniam began his career with Chari & Co as an Audit Manager from 1972 to 1978 before joining Jg Glass Containers Sdn Bhd as a Financial Controller until 1983. He then joined Timah Langat Berhad ("TLB") as a Group Financial Controller cum Company Secretary. He was appointed as Corporate Director in various subsidiaries of TLB Group until 1995.  Subsequently, he joined MEMC Electronic Materials Sdn Bhd as a Financial Director and was involved in various departments such as Human Resource, Information Technology, Environment Safety and Health, Supply Chain, Procurement and Solar projects. He has now gained more than 45 years of experience in Finance, Corporate Governance and Project Management.
