Mr Narayanaswami A/L Subramaniam has 45 years of experience in Finance, Corporate Governance and Project Management. He began his career with Chari & Co as the Audit Manager from 1972 until 1978. In 1978 he joined Jg Glass Containers Sdn Bhd as the Financial Controller and was responsible in finance and materials management of the company until 1983. Then, in 1983 he joined Timah Langat Berhad ("TLB") as the Group Financial Controller and Company Secretary. Thereafter, he was appointed as the Corporate Director for various subsidiary companies of TLB group until 1995. In 1995, he was appointed as the Financial Director of MEMC Electronic Materials Sdn Bhd ("MEMC") prior to becoming a Nominee Director of MEMC Electronic Materials, Inc. During his tenure with the MEMC Group of Companies, he was involved in various departments such as Human Resources, Information Technology, Environment Safety and Health, Supply Chain, Procurement and Solar projects.
