Ms. Sung has more than 18 years of experience in audit and assurance, listing and business advisory work. She was an Audit Partner of a large international accounting firm where she was involved in audits for companies listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. She has also been involved in due diligence review and corporate exercises engagements varying from reverse take over, acquisitions to initial public offerings and involving the review of profit/cashflow forecast, preparations of Accountants' Report and other reports for submission to the Securities Commission and inclusion in prospectus and circulars. 

Her client portfolio includes local and international companies covering a broad spectrum of industries like property development, mining, manufacturing, toll collections, securities, constructions, plantation, trading, hotel and professional service organisation.

She also possess a sound knowledge in the technical area. While she was with the large international accounting firm, she was overseeing the Technical & Training division and was involved with the consultation and provision of technical support to the auditors, firm's audit policy development and implementation, internal quality control review, planning and conduct of internal training, external training and seminar for clients and public, and as the liaison to the regulators and authorities. 

She is currently a member of Financial Statements Review Committee (FSRC) of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
