Mr. FC Tang is a Chartered Accountant, a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and 
Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Mr. FC Tang began his career in McMillan Woods MEA Chartered Accountants firm as Audit & Tax Senior from year 1999 until 2003. Thereafter, he enhanced his working experience in a commercial company as an Accountant. 
In March 2004, Mr. Tang joined Tadmax Resources Berhad as an Assistant Accountant and was promoted to the position of Senior Accountant of the group in year 2011 and was the officer primarily responsible for the accounting and finance of the group until July 2012.
Mr. FC Tang subsequently joined the Agromate Group, which is one of Malaysia's major importers, distributors, exporter and wholesalers of fertilisers, before resigning in June 2015 to join Takaso Resources Berhad.
