Mr Ng Cheong Seng spent majority of his career with Pelikan Group (manufacturer of writing materials) from years 2003 to 2012. He started as a Vice President of Corporate Planning Department and worked his way up to become the Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") for one of its subsidiary in Germany. He has very good European exposure mainly in Germany and Switzerland. During his tenure in Pelikan Group, his responsibilities included overseeing corporate exercises and end to end finance operation matters for all subsidiaries globally.
 
In May 2013, he joined Warisan TC Holdings Berhad as the CFO to oversee the entire finance department. He was also responsible for improving productivity of the operation for the Group. He worked hand in hand with the Chief Executive Officer to improve the overall performance of the Group. 

He has 20 years of experience in accounting and finance in various industries.
