Mr Tang Ying Hoe has over 20 years of experience in the areas of audit and finance.  He started his career as an Audit Semi Senior with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in 1999.  He joined Fumakilla Malaysia Berhad in 2002 and was appointed as Group Finance Manager in 2008.  In 2010, Mr Tang Ying Hoe was appointed as Country Finance Head of Texchem Resources Bhd. ("Texchem") Group's  operations in Vietnam and subsequently appointed as Assistant General Manager handling the business operations of a company in Myanmar.

In May 2013, Mr Tang Ying Hoe was appointed as Assistant General Manager of Group Finance Department for Polymer Engineering Division of Texchem Group and he was promoted to Division Chief Financial Officer in July 2015 before his transfer to Texchem Resources Bhd. on 1 January 2020.
