Prior to his appointment as the Chief Financial Officer of Carlsberg Malaysia in January 2010, Mr. Lew Yoong Fah held senior financial positions in companies such as Danone Dumex Malaysia, Philips Electronics Singapore, SSMC (JV Philips) Singapore and Philips Malaysia.

In 2012, he also assumed the role of Director of Corporate Affairs managing regulatory affairs in Malaysia. Effective 6 February 2017, Mr. Lew Yoong Fah will be re-designated from his position of  Chief Financial Officer and Director of Corporate Affairs to Government Affairs and Duty Free Director to manage Government Affairs, Duty-Free, Export and Security.
