Dato' Carol Chan Choy Lin joined DRB-HICOM Berhad ("DRB-HICOM") as Principal Company Secretary in June 2006 and was appointed Group Director, Corporate Affairs/Principal Company Secretary of DRB-HICOM in June 2011, where she oversees the Group's corporate secretarial and legal affairs matters. She has more than 20 years of working experience in the field of auditing, accounting, finance, treasury, corporate finance and corporate secretarial with several public listed companies prior to joining DRB-HICOM in 2006.
