Ms Wong Sook Ping is an Associate Member of the Malaysian Association of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA) since 1983 and has more than 30 years experience in company secretarial practice in Malaysia. She was the Vice President/Senior Manager and the person-in-charge of the secretarial division of the financial institutions, OSK Investment Bank Berhad and RHB Investment Bank Berhad, from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, Ms Wong was the Senior Manager of O&M Management Consultants Sdn Bhd, from 2008 to 2011, heading the secretarial arm of the accounting and auditing firm of Ong & Wong in Kuala Lumpur. During the tenure of her career, Ms Wong has vast experience, as company secretary, in other private companies and public listed companies.
