Abdul Samad joined the Company as Executive (Compliance) on 3 May 2016 and was promoted to Senior Executive (Compliance) on 1 July 2020. He had served as the Joint Group Company Secretary since 27 November 2020.

His main duty was primarily assisting the Group Company Secretary on all company secretarial matters at the Holding company and Subsidiary companies such as updating Registers of the Company, preparing board circular resolutions, taking minutes of board meetings and general meetings as well as preparing announcement to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and making statutory lodgements to Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia.

At the same time, he oversee the overall compliance matters of the Company which covers compliance to Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements, Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance and Companies Act 2016.

He resigned from the Company on his own accord to pursue career advancement.
