Madam Lim has more than twenty four (24) years of corporate secretarial experience in both public listed and private limited companies, most recently serving as the Group Company Secretary for a group of public companies listed on both the Main Market and ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for fourteen (14) years.  Over the years, her responsibilities have included attending to all the corporate secretarial matters as well as supporting the Board of Directors and Management of various organisations in a wide range of corporate secretarial and statutory matters.  She has been involved in advising on compliance with the various regulatory and statutory requirements.
