Tunku Azlan is presently the Chief Financial Officer of Shapadu Energy & Engineering Sdn. Bhd. Prior to that he was the Group Chief Financial Officer of ARK Resources Berhad ("ARK") until 2009. Prior to joining ARK he was a Manager of the Operations Division at Pengurusan Danaharta Nasional Berhad ("Danaharta") for 6 1/2 years. During his tenure in Danaharta, he was involved in the loan acquisition process, management of the Non-Performing Loans ("NPL's")and the bilateral sale of loan assets to investment houses, private/institutional investors and offshore banks. He was a Senior Officer with the Corporate Banking Department of Aseambankers (Malaysia) Berhad before joining Danaharta.
