Mr Khoo Lay Tatt is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA / MAICSA). Lay Tatt, a Chartered Secretary by profession is also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and a Certified Member of Financial Planning Association of Malaysia (FPAM).
