Eulis Rachmatiah bte Iskandar attained her LLB (Hons.) in Business Law from London Guildhall University and started her career as a legal executive in Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS). Thereafter she joined Kuala Lumpur City Centre Berhad of PETRONAS Group as a senior executive during the construction of the PETRONAS Towers.
