Mr. Lee Peng Loon is an associate member of the Malaysian Association of Company Secretaries. He started his career with the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) and was a senior officer for several years before leaving the IRB to join one of the big 4, practising in taxation and later was promoted as Executive Director of the secretarial division, where he served as the head of the division for 10 years. He has more than 35 years of tax, corporate secretarial and advisory experiences and is currently, a Partner of an established accounting firm in Penang, Malaysia.
