Remark The Notice of Shares Buy Back ("Notice") should have been lodged with Companies Commission of Malaysia ("CCM") and announced to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on or before 3 May 2020. However, due to the enforcement of Movement Control Order commencing 18 March 2020, CCM was closed until 12 May 2020 for counter operations. The Company only managed to lodge the Notice to CCM today, 13 May 2020.
