The Board of Directors of N2N Connect Berhad (“N2N” or “the Company”) wishes to inform that the announcement made on 30 March 2015 was erroneous as the number of share bought back was 8,000 shares instead of 2,000 shares. The error arose due to an overlook of the matched quantity.

This announcement is made to amend the total number of shares bought back on 30 March 2015 and the total shares held as treasury shares.
