This announcement supersedes our earlier announcement on the same, dated 6 September 2013 where the total number of shares purchased (units) was incorrectly reported. The correct number is 4,539,400 and not 4,539,500. As a result, the total consideration paid is RM9,634,419.20 while the number of shares purchased retained in the treasury (units) is 4,539,400. The cumulative net outstanding treasury shares as to-date (units) is 190,176,400.
