(b) The above cumulative net outstanding treasury shares as at todate and adjusted issued capital after cancellation are based on a par value of RM1.00 per share. This was calculated WITHOUT taking into account the adjustment for share split of two (2) ordinary shares of RM0.50 each for every one (1) existing ordinary share of RM1.00 held and the bonus issue on the basis of one (1) ordinary share of RM0.50 for every two (2) ordinary shares of RM0.50 each held after the share split, of which the ex-date and book closure date have been fixed on 13 April 2007 and 17 April 2007 respectively.
