2. The above purchase was made pursuant to Companies (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1998, Regulation 18B paragraph (b).

3. As the shares bought back amount to only 1 lot, the Company has decided to account for it as treasury shares, this is to be in line with the treatment for total amount of shares previous bought back.(i.e. 428,000 treasury shares)
