The Board of Directors are pleased to announce that HCB on 27th Sept 1999 has purchased its own shares through the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange of which the particulars are as follows:-

8,000 shares

3) The purchase price ( highest & lowest paid)
The highest price and the lowest price: RM2.33 and RM2.31
