All the 32,267,000 ordinary shares repurchased by the Company were retained as treasury shares. There was no resale of treasury shares and the total number of treasury shares cancelled by the Company was 467,000 ordinary shares (inclusive of this notification of cancellation). Simultaneous with the aforesaid cancellation of treasury shares, the Company had allotted and issued the corresponding number of new 467,000 ordinary shares pursuant to the Employee's Share Option Scheme. As such, the total number of ordinary shares comprised in the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company remain as 622,660,000.
