All the 32,267,000 shares repurchased by the Company were retained as treasury shares. There were no resale of treasury shares and the total number of treasury shares cancelled by the Company was 510,000 ordinary shares (inclusive of this notification of cancellation). Simultaneous with the aforesaid cancellation of treasury shares, the Company had alloted and issued the corresponding number of 510,000 ordinary shares pursuant to the Employee's Share Option Scheme. As such, the total number of ordinary shares comprised in the issued and paid-up capital of the Company remain as 622,660,000.
