Payment of first interim dividend via distribution of treasury shares as share dividend on the basis of half (0.5) treasury share for every one hundred (100) existing ordinary shares held in Ranhill Utilities Berhad ("Ranhill" or "the Company") in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2021. ("Share Dividend FY2021" or "Share Dividend") Total number of treasury shares after the distribution of Share Dividend FY2021 i.e. 5,263,983 units ordinary shares comprise shares bought back by the Company and retained as treasury shares as at 20 October 2021. The total number of issued share capital of the Company remain unchanged i.e. 1,295,917,223 units ordinary shares after the distribution of treasury shares for the Share Dividend FY2021.
