Payment of interim dividend via distribution of treasury shares as share dividend on the basis of thirty five (35) treasury shares for every one thousand (1,000) existing ordinary shares held in LBI Capital Berhad ("LBI" or "the Company") in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2021 ("Share Dividend FY2021"). After the distribution of the Share Dividend FY2021:- (i) the total number of treasury shares is 388,033 units of ordinary shares which comprised shares bought back by the Company and retained as treasury shares as at 21 January 2022; and (ii) the total issued share capital remain unchanged at 111,882,710 units of ordinary shares.
