Deemed interest by virtue of being a beneficiary of a discretionary trust ("the Discretionary Trust") of which Parkview Management Sdn Bhd ("PMSB") is the trustee. PMSB as trustee of the Discretionary Trust owns 100% of the voting shares of Kien Huat International Limited which in turn owns 100% of the voting shares of KHR.
