(3) Acquisition of 250,000 E&O-LR from TRSB by Terra Construction Sdn Bhd ("TCSB") via DBT (Indirect). (4) Acquisition of 19,878,960 E&O-LR from Pusaka Setia Sendirian Berhad by TCSB via DBT (Indirect).
