Reason
Hanton Capital Limited ("HCL") had disposed of its entire 92.72% equity interest in Casi Management Sdn. Bhd. ("CMSB") to Tan Sri Dato' Surin Upatkoon. Arising therefrom, HCL ceased to have any indirect interest in these Magnum shares by virtue of Section 8(4) of the Companies Act 2016 ("the Act") held through CMSB. Cedar Holdings Limited ("CHL") and Kularb Kaew Company Limited ("KKCL") had also ceased to have any indirect interests in these Magnum shares by virtue of the Act held through HCL. Henceforth, Cypress Holdings Limited ("Cypress") had also ceased to have any indirect interest in these Magnum shares by virtue of the Act through CHL and KKCL. Accordingly, Tan Sri Dato' Surin Upatkoon is now deemed to have an indirect interest in these Magnum shares by virtue of the Act through CMSB instead of Cypress.
