Reason
(i) Disposal of 204,290,433 shareholdings in Multi-Purpose Holdings Berhad ("MPHB") by Quantum Aspects Sdn Bhd ("QASB") in the open market. Arising from the above disposal of shares in MPHB, QASB has ceased to be a substantial shareholder of MPHB. Mr Lim Tiong Chin, as a substantial shareholder and holding 15% interest in QASB also ceased to be a substantial shareholder of MPHB. (ii) Acquisition of 204,290,433 shares by Casi Management Sdn Bhd in the open market. Mr Lim Tiong Chin is deemed to have indirect interest in MPHB by virtue of Section 6A(4) of the Companies Act, 1965 held through Casi Management Sdn Bhd. (iii) Disposal of 1,590,154 shares by Magnum 4D (Selangor) Sdn Bhd ("M4D Selangor"), a subsidiary of Magnum 4D Berhad, which in turn is a subsidiary of Magnum Corporation Berhad in the open market. MCB has an indirect interest in the said shares pursuant to Section 6A(4) of the Companies Act, 1965 by virtue of its shareholding in M4D Selangor.
