Reason
These shares were acquired by West Country Sdn Bhd (“WCSB”) in the open market. Magnum Corporation Berhad (“MCB”) is deemed to have an indirect interest in these shares by virtue of Section 6A(4) of the Companies Act, 1965 held through WCSB, a subsidiary of Quantumco Enterprise Sdn Bhd, which in turn is a subsidiary of MCB. Lim Tiong Chin is deemed to have an indirect interest in these shares in Multi-Purpose Holdings Berhad (“MPHB”) by virtue of Section 6A(4) of the Companies Act, 1965 held through his 15% shareholding in Quantum Aspects Sdn Bhd (“QASB”). QASB is a substantial shareholder with indirect interest in MCB held through MPHB.
