Casi Management Sdn Bhd ("CMSB") is deemed to have an indirect interest in these Magnum shares pursuant to Section 8 (4)(c) of the Companies Act, 2016 ("the Act") held through MPCAP. Hanton Capital Limited ("HCL") is deemed to have an indirect interest in these Magnum shares by virtue of the Act held through CMSB. Kularb Kaew Company Limited ("KKCL") and Cedar Holdings Limited ("CHL") are deemed to have indirect interests in these Magnum shares by virtue of the Act held through HCL.
