FS is deemed to have an interest in the BAB Shares in which Saluran Abadi Sdn Bhd ("SASB") has an interest, by virtue of her 99.999% direct equity interest in SASB. SASB is deemed to have an interest in the BAB Shares in which the SASB Subsidiaries have an interest, by virtue of SASB being entitled to exercise 100% of the votes attached to the voting shares in each of the SASB Subsidiaries. FS has a direct beneficial interest over 750,000 BAB Shares which are registered in the name of CIMSEC Nominees (Tempatan) Sdn Bhd.

Ordinary shares of RM0.20 each in Bumi Armada Berhad ("BAB") ("BAB Shares")

By virtue of the dilution of Wijaya Sinar Sdn Bhd ("WSSB"), Karisma Mesra Sdn Bhd ("KMSB") and Wijaya Baiduri Sdn Bhd ("WBSB")'s interests in BAB Shares resulting from the following : (a) allotment and issuance of up to 644,261,600 new BAB Shares pursuant to the public issue by BAB representing 22.0% of the enlarged issued and paid-up share capital of BAB; and (b) disposal in aggregate of 135,314,700 BAB Shares by WSSB, KMSB and WBSB (collectively, the "SASB Subsidiaries") pursuant to an offer for sale, under the initial public offering ("IPO") by BAB. Acquisition of 750,000 BAB Shares pursuant to the preferential allocation of BAB Shares to directors and eligible employees of BAB under the IPO.

Cash consideration at RM3.03 per BAB Shares in respect of the 750,000 BAB Shares.
