FS is deemed to have an interest in BAB Shares held by WSSB, WBSB, Karisma Mesra Sdn Bhd (collectively, "SASB Subsidiaries) in which Saluran Abadi Sdn Bhd ("SASB") has an interest, by virtue of her 99.999% direct equity interest in SASB. SASB is deemed to have an interest in BAB Shares in which SASB Subsidiaries have an interest, by virtue of SASB Subsidiaries being entitled to exercise 100% votes attached to the voting shares in each of the SASB Subsidiaries. Each of the SASB Subsidiaries is a trustee of a discretionary trust for Bumiputera objects. However, FS does not have any economic interest in the BAB Shares held via the SASB Subsidiaries as such interest is held subject to the terms of the discretionary trust for Bumiputera objects.

Ordinary shares of RM0.20 each in Bumi Armada Berhad ("BAB") ("BAB Shares")

Decrease in FS's deemed interest in BAB Shares from 465,305,300 BAB Shares representing 15.89% of the issued share capital of BAB to 181,305,300 BAB Shares representing 6.19% of the issued share capital of BAB as a result of the disposal in aggregate of 284,000,000 BAB Shares representing 9,70% of the total issued share capital of BAB by Wijaya Sinar Sdn Bhd ("WSSB") and Wijaya Baiduri Sdn Bhd ("WBSB") to purchasers procured by CIMB Investment Bank Berhad ("CIMB") or its affiliates in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Placement Agreement dated 27 April 2012 entered into between WSSB, WBSB, Ombak Damai Sdn Bhd and CIMB.
