Reason
Change in Mr Chan's direct interest in BAB Shares by virtue of:
i. Allotment by BAB of 71,200 Rights Shares out of the 170,000 excess Rights Shares he had applied for pursuant to the Rights Issue; and
ii. Allotment by BAB of 610,000 Bonus Shares he was entitled to as at 5.00 p.m. on 12 September 2014 pursuant to the Bonus Issue.
Consideration
i. Cash consideration of RM1.35 per Rights Share. ii. Otherwise than in cash - RM0.20 per share credited as fully paid-up by way of capitalisation of a sum of RM293,313,459.00 from BAB’s share premium account to pay for the Bonus Shares under the Bonus Issue.
