Deemed interested by virtue of its 100% equity interest in Berjaya Group Berhad, the intermediate holding company of Immediate Capital Sdn Bhd and Berjaya Land Berhad
- Transfer of the pro rata share of the Exchange Property of 2,734,557 shares in Berjaya Sports Toto Berhad under the Exchange Rights attaching to:-
(a) RM2.4 million Bonds exercised by Merrill Lynch International;
(b) RM7.2 million Bonds exercised by CIMB Bank Berhad; and
(c) RM2 million Bonds exercised by AmBank (M) Berhad
pursuant to the Trust Deed dated 8.8.2006 constituting the Berjaya Land Berhad's 8% Secured Exchangeable Bonds Due 2011.
