Reason Tan Sri Dato' Seri Lee Oi Hian ("TSLOH") has transferred his shares being the entire issued share capital of Grateful Blessings Inc. ("GB") to Grateful Blessings Foundation ("GBF") which is founded by TSLOH. GB owns 99.99975% shares in Di-Yi Sdn. Bhd. ("DY"). The status of TSLOH as a substantial shareholder of Batu Kawan Berhad ("BKB") remained unchanged as GBF itself is now a substantial shareholder of BKB through its shareholding in GB which itself is a substantial shareholder of BKB through its shareholding in DY, which in turn is a substantial shareholder of BKB through Wan Hin Investments Sdn. Berhad and its group of companies.
