Reason Dato' Lee Hau Hian ("DLHH") has transferred his shares being the entire issued share capital of Cubic Crystal Corporation ("CCC") to High Quest Anstalt ("HQA") which is founded by DLHH. CCC owns 85.7% shares in High Quest Holdings Sdn. Bhd. ("HQ"). The status of DLHH as a substantial shareholder of Batu Kawan Berhad ("BKB") remained unchanged as HQA itself is now a substantial shareholder of BKB through its shareholding in CCC which itself is a substantial shareholder of BKB through its shareholding in HQ which in turn is a substantial shareholder of BKB through Wan Hin Investments Sdn. Berhad and its group of companies.
