("OFI"), the indirect subsidiary of MMH; (b) the acquisition of 3,900 ordinary shares in GENT by KVW HSBC INKA Emerging Markets Portfolio (aka Oppenheimer Institutional Asset Management), a fund which is managed by OFI Global Institutional, Inc., the indirect subsidiary of MMH; and (c) the acquisition of 36,500 ordinary shares in GENT by MassMutual Strategic Emerging Markets Fund, a fund which is managed by OFI, the indirect subsidiary of MMH.
