Cypress Holdings Limited ("Cypress") is deemed to have indirect interest in Magnum by virtue of the Act held through KKCL and CHL. Tan Sri Dato' Surin Upatkoon is deemed to have indirect interest in the said Magnum shares by virtue of the Act held through Cypress.
