These Magnum shares were acquired by Multi-Purpose Capital Holdings Berhad, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MPHB Capital Berhad ("MPCAP"), from the open market.
Casi Management Sdn Bhd ("CMSB") is deemed to have an indirect interest in these Magnum shares pursuant to Section 8(4)(c) of the Companies Act, 2016 ("the Act") held through MPCAP.
Hanton Capital Limited ("HCL") is deemed to have an indirect interest in these Magnum shares by virtue of the Act held through CMSB.
Kularb Kaew Company Limited is deemed to have an indirect interest in these Magnum shares by virtue of the Act held through HCL.
